Did You Know... That remembering the 7th day is not a part of the "law of Moses" that was fulfilled. It is actually one of the 10 Commandments which are forever. In the 10 Commandments, it is the " 7th day " of the week (Not Sunday) that God declares to be the Sabbath. This is the only one of the 10 Commandments that churches will not obey. The 7th day has always begun at sundown on Friday and carried through until sundown on Saturday. Sunday is actually the 1st day of the week. The day was changed to Sunday by church leaders after the bible was written and the original Apostles were all dead. It was changed because Pagans were accustomed to gathering to worship the Sun on Sunday mornings. (This does not mean that people who attend church on Sunday are attempting to worship the Sun) Though most pastors know these facts, due to tradition they refuse to change back to the 7th day that we are told to "Remember" in the 10 Commandments. Most denominations insist that the 7th Day weekly Sabbath is done away with because it is part of "The Law", yet they do not use this arguement against any of the other 9 commandments. They fail to tell thier followers that there were two laws given: The first is forever "The Ten Commandments" Pslams 119:151 & 152 The second was fulfilled "The Law of Moses" Luke 24:44 Conclussion Why argue with God about the day? If it matters, then keep the 7th day of the Bible. If it does not matter, then why not keep the 7th day of the Bible.
